Getting /dev/tpm0: Device or resource busy error when trying to write data to nv slot using ESAPI Esys_NV_Write function #2885

what does this error means ? and how to fix it ?
need help regarding above

tpm-tss library rpm verison is tpm2-tss-2.3.2-4.el8.x86_64
OS is RHEL 8.6
