support_sv: bool = True causes WIS to crash on missing library

Trying things out i stumbled over

OSError: libsox.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
RuntimeError: apply_effects_tensor requires sox extension which is not available. Please refer to the stacktrace above for how to resolve this.

Support_sv isn't officially supported yet, it's an experimental feature that was still being played with. We haven't mentioned it anywhere because in testing it proved to be pretty unreliable, so we may either remove it, or look into how to make it more reliable for real world use cases in the future.
