addon repos dont show in GUI

Expected behavior

when a custom repo is added it should show in the HA UI as well

Current behavior

doesnt show in the UI when added via the addon_repo module.

Have you been able to make any progress on figuring out why this action does not work as expected?

I'm afraid I haven't, I have requested that hass-cli have a feature added to allow adding custom repos.

My attempt was to update the backend files but this doesn't reflect in the UI.
