Proxy List - Good or Bad

I have a list of proxy servers. Wondering if there is a way to identify the good (fast or decent speed) to bad (dead or slow speeds)? If so how would you do that? Through the app or something else?

This would allow me to remove under performing proxies easily or better smart proxy can add it to an exclusion list that is visible.
