get_masterchain_info timeout

hi，I am running the ton full node now, when I test http api function, It looks something wrong. No matter I use ton-http-api proxy or mytonlib directly, it always show query timeout error. the node is out of sync now, I want to know whether the ouf-of-sync cause this problem or anything else ?
