Description

After updating to WP 6.3 the customizer colors settings are not appearing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update to WP 6.3
  2. Go to Appearance > Customize > Colors

Actual behavior

Colors settings not Appearing

Expected behavior

Colors settings should be Appearing
