[GHC] Reconsider the separation of basicSettings and advancedSettings

We received feedback from multiple people regarding the separation of basicSettings and advancedSettings Golden Helm Chart's values.

This does not make the usage of the chart easier in most cases. For some parameters it might even create some confusion. For example, there are two separate settings where the user can provide image pull secrets.

Another possible issue is that a certain setting might be advanced for some user while it should not be considered advanced for another.

We should reconsider the separation of these configuration keys.
