No notification bubbles when Timers finish

When ever a pomodoro, short break or even long break finishes there is never a notification pop up nor added into notification center when the timer ends. There is only a notification when the timer is started. Is there suppose to be a notification pop and entry into notification center notifications when any timer ends?
