Alerts showing over fullscreen apps/games since version 1.2.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install 1.2.0 version
2. Go to fullscreen app/game
3. Alerts are shown over an fullscreen app/game

Expected behavior
In version 1.1.0 and older alerts are shown beneath fullscreen application/game and don't disrupt you from playing/watching movie in player for example.

I'd prefer if there was an option to automatically disable breaktimer when a fullscreen app is running. For example, the XFCE screensaver has this option so it's definitely possible on Linux. I'm guessing that Windows and Mac also have the capability.

+1, would be nice if not be disturbed when in full-screen gaming.
