The configuration shown here is old:
http://todd.readthedocs.io/en/latest/configure.html#server-configuration

A user ran into an issue trying to configure ToDD using this format. Need to provide more updated examples as well as explanation of each line

This is especially true now that https://github.com/orgs/toddproject/projects/1 removes the config file format in favor of environment variables. Adding to rebuild project.
