Twitter-share does not show properly

There is an issue with the count-bubble of twitter-shares which does not render at all.

i guess twitter api doesn't come with a counter anymore. if so, it's not a proper socialitejs issue.

Trying to avoid the bad looking i just added an empty div like this

@alfredopacino @Golpha Working on a fix. Going to have to remove the count all together and work on a different style. As always, your contributions are welcome.
