Hostent is NULL 0 0

For two days I have the following problem with sFTP:
at the installation three days ago, I was able to access Nas Synology without any problem, but after having restarted the ChromeBook Pixel, it shows 'Hostent is Null 00' .I note that I have uninstalled and reinstalled since but I have the same error message, and other Macs have trouble accessing Nas, but they do not use sFTP.
If you had a solution, an opinion, advice, thanks in advance

This issue has been posted a while ago. Do you still face the same issues? The app has been improved since then.
