Board support for Adafruit Gemma M0.

Derived from similar boards (e.g. Itsybitsy M0). Pin and usb device adjustments only.

Hello @trulede thank you for adding this board.

Can you please also add a smoke test for it similar to https://github.com/tinygo-org/tinygo/blob/dev/Makefile#L559-L560

@deadprogram I'm not sure, but it seems that "test-all" failed for some other reason. The gemma-m0 build I added seemed to run OK.
