Editor preview panel is not responsive

Can't really figure out why. It uses class="container-fluid" rather than the fixed-width container, but it doesn't seem to realize when its parent is narrow, and still applies media queries of larger screens.

Interesting... it seems like it works when you resize the window. But try dragging the resizer frame to the right and notice it doesn't resize.
