Feature Request

Motivation Behind Feature

This would make it so players cannot just find nether fortresses and dungeons and just take their spawners, it would be really useful for survival servers. Personally, I don't want it to be possible to get spawners from just finding dungeons as I've seen many players use things like x-ray to easily find them as well as I want spawners to just be gained via a shop on my server.

Feature Description

Basically, when you mine a naturally generated spawner, for example, a zombie spawner in a dungeon, it doesn't drop.

Alternatives or Workarounds

I don't know any work-arounds.
