Thread list color coding

It may be helpful to color the items in the thread list based on tag. For example, threads with the tag "bug" could be highlighted red in the thread list. The coloring options should probably be integrated with the tag management window.

It is possible for there to be a conflict: two tags with different coloring are applied to one thread. Which color should be applied? Both?

An alternative to tag-based coloring would be to allow the user to manually select a color for each thread. This would make it more work for the user so it may be less useful.
