Hide addons that aren't compatible with ESR or higher by default on web #292

For web users we should hide addons that aren't compatible with ESR or higher by default.

Obviously this shouldn't affect any in-client viewing, so older clients can still view older addons.

Just make sure it checks all releases of an Add-on, not just the chronologically latest one. If we do maintenance work for , let's say 102, this should not hide versions that are compatible with 128.* Also, could the website please please please show the Add-on that has the highest compatibility on the front page, and not the last released ones. Any backwards maintenance work is really discouraged by the current model of "Only showing the last chronological release". If you like I can raise a separate issue for this.
