Suggestion: Add a people section for each framework.dev technology

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not particularly related to a problem but rather a nice to have. I need a simple way to find people of interest for a given technology. This would make it easier to get direct insights as well as announcements from the creators/contributors of the different technologies.

Describe the solution you'd like
A "People" section within Framework.dev where I can find influential/important people for a given technology (eg. Important people you may want to follow in the VueJS / ReactJS / Angular / Svelte communities).

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Looking through different communities in the community section and finding influential people through there.
• Looking through Twitter to find different influential people on a given technology.
• Looking through GitHub to find influential people on a given technology.
• Following tech talks to discover interesting people in a given technology.

Additional context
This could be a standalone section or a subsection of communities.
