WriteInPublic for SYE

SYE are keen to have the WiP functionality for the website. We know from Bec and Gemma's research there will be a number of issues that we'll need them to overcome - the biggest being the ability to regularly and quickly update email addresses (See Bec's blog post about Nigeria trip for more details) but this will be a good piece of functionality for the site.

The tool will need to have a button on the homepage AND on MP pages which will allow users to write to their MP, the site itself can be separate but should be styled to look like SYE and messages should flow back to the relevant profiles.

That in the longer term, this would be the best option, but as a bigger job, one to focus on later in the year/ next year. Instead of going for a "Contact your MP" option. #187
