Evolve to a middleman kind of documentation

When the Pombola-lite core is extracted from this app, it would be nice to have a nice documentation made for humans.

I think Middleman has done an excellent job with their documentation pages, which are at the same time simple and full of code snippets and examples, and the information is well organized and easy to find. Also, almost every aspect of Middleman has been covered, and the search tool is incredible.

I propose to use a similar style when building ours.
