add info and event pages to the scraper start page

It's reasonable to create a new event page, but not link to it from elsewhere on the site. (Maybe you're only publicizing it by email, or just want to see what it looks like on the real site before linking it from another page.) At the moment, however, such pages won't be scraped as part of the deploy process. Adding them all to the scraper start page would fix that problem.
