Inform partners about how to set a person as featured

Currently to make someone appear as featured in the homepage the process is as follows:

Remove the featured field from the person who is currently shown in the homepage:

• Search the person who is actually featured
• Click "Edit summary", this will load the summary for that person in prose
• Click on the metadata button in the prose GUI and make sure that the "featured" checkbox is not checked
• Click "Save" to commit that change

Add the featured field to the person we want to feature

• Search the person you want to feature
• Click "Edit summary", this will load the summary for that person in prose
• Click on the metadata button in the prose GUI and make sure that the "featured" checkbox is checked
• Click "Save" to commit that change
