The following are amazing, easy and yet deep reads

"The Psychology of Computer Programming" by G. Weinberg
"The Mythical Man Month" F.P. Brooks
"Smalltalk-80 : Bits of History, Words of Advice" - Glenn Krasner
"Object-Oriented Programming - An Evolutionary Approach" , Brad. J Cox , Andrew J. Novobilski

The first talks about psychology, the second about sociology, the third about magic and the fourth about economics!

You'll be a different engineer once you read any one of them!

@apostoiis I am currently reading JavaScript the Good Parts and it's amazing! Essential for anyone that wants to have a deep understanding of the language.
