Right now there is no way to clearly see what Editorial Board signed off on certain staff eds. It can be determined via staff pages, but that is tedious and not really accessible.
The solution would be implementing an Editorial Board page. This page would list the current editorial board and provide links to the staff pages of members. There also would be a previous section that would contain links to the previous Editorial Boards by semester.
There is a problem though because people leave and join during the semester. One solution would be to just have anyone that was on the Editorial Board during that semester listed and if people wanted more details then they could just click on the person. We could also choose a cut-off date (like who was on the Editorial Board the day before the next Editorial Board was elected).

So this would be a whole new page with its own tab on our nav bar? Why not just format the current staff page to show the previous Editorial Boards nicely? @stotzjohn@bparslow
Alternatively we could make a staff page for each editorial board or we could create a flag on the staff page for an editorial board. That way things fall into our current model instead of supporting a new author model and we could implement it immediately and adjust things incrementally.
