Task 16 date tweak request

This is a request to tweak Task 16. Accessdate parameters should not contain leading zeroes in the day number. They generate a CS1 error message.

I looked for the bot's source code to see if this problem had been addressed in the last nine months since the edit in question, but I was unable to find a link to the source.
