What Puppet versions are supported?

Is it possible to extend the compatibility section in the README with the list of major Puppet versions that each plugin version supports, deprecates, etc.?

I think it mostly depends on what smart-proxy's Puppet and PuppetCA support in terms of serving the ENC. They talk to the Foreman API. For facts and reports it depends on https://github.com/theforeman/puppet-puppetserver_foreman since that talks to the Foreman API.
