Search form on Browser blade and redirect to admin dashboard page

Hi,
First of all, thanks for making proper environment to work as Admin panel. And I hope to make optimization on it more and more.

• Laravel: v8
• Voyager: v1.4
• PHP: 7.4
• Database: Mysql

Description

Actually I have an issue on added a search form in the Browser blade. I've override it to add a search form in top of DataTable.
in some menus, when I click in Search form, it redirect to Dashboard of admin pane, instead of the same page i was.
I want to know what happens there and if you have any trick or have experience on it, please share with me.
