How to use an Assert by annotation in an InputType with Symfony?

Hi,

I have an InputType with an Assert which does not fail on a wrong email address. What am I doing wrong?

InputType:

/**
 * @Input(name="updateLocation", update=true)
 * @Input(name="createLocation", create=true)
 */
final class LocationInput 
{
     * @Field(for="updateLocation")
     * @Field(for="createLocation")
     * @Assert\Email(
     *     message = "The email '{{ value }}' is not a valid email."
     * )
     * @var null|string
     */
    public ?string $email = null;
}

Mutation:

    /**
     * @Mutation()
     * @Logged()
     * @UseInputType(for="$location", inputType="updateLocation!")
     *
     * @param string $slug
     * @param LocationInput $location
     * @return Location
     * @throws GraphQLException
     */
    public function updateLocation(string $slug, LocationInput $location): Location
    {
        $errors = $this->validator->validate($location);
        ValidationFailedException::throwException($errors);
    }

@michilehr Is the validator property executing your assertions? Do you have Doctrine annotations setup to read @Assert? What version of PHP are you using? You should probably try to start using attributes and not phpdoc annotations with Doctrine.

Actually it was a problem with the Constraint and not graphqlite. Sorry for wasting your time.
