Can't install Java Source Attacher

Hi,

I tried to install the Java Source Attacher Plugin, but failed.

• Install it from Marketplace, but failed with following error:

When I click "OK", it continued installing, but later failed with below:

• Install it directly with the updated URL https://dl.bintray.com/tha/eclipserepo/, it showed can't find the URL

• And the offline jar is not permitted to access, just show "Forbidden!"

So where to install the Java Source Attacher plugin?

The Bintray is retired and I haven't hosted the plugin on another site yet. I will do it soon. Thanks for reminding.
