Testing theme website prior to beta release

@Bloke @petecooper @bloatware @jools-r the themes website is ready for some initial testing. Let me know if you spot any massive problems or omissions within it. URL below...

Currently there are only a couple of themes listed, but once I know you are all happy with the direction we can add some more.

It's highly pedantic, but can we change the "Other/specialty" category to just "Other" and side-step the whole speciality/specialty thing?

Nice! Shouldn't 'Browse all themes' list be sorted by name, rather than (featured, name)? And same for plugins then.

Maybe you're right. I had made it so featured items were always first (in case someone bypassed the homepage) but it's an easy change. Will think about it.

We could probably safely add the default theme if someone wants to pick through and dissect it.
