Describe the bug (clear and concise)
The RM or RC of an organization can see the SA contact information in the Settings while this should not be the case as per the rights by role table. More specifically

• The "System Administrators" section appears to them while this should not be the case
• The SA contact information is included in the user accounts table

To Reproduce
As a RM or RC:

1. Go to the Settings
2. See that the System administrator section is visible
3. Click on "Manage Accounts"
4. See that the SA contact information is accessible

Expected behavior (clear and concise)
The SA contact information is not accessible to the RM or RC as per the rights by roles table: https://bit.ly/2YT9xyt
