How to install scikit-learn?

Does anyone successfully installed scikit-learn?

After scipy, pandas, numpy and matplotlib are all installed, just use pip install scikit-learn --no-build-isolation and scikit-learn will be installed.

Did you install mesonpy?

There is no mesonpy, only meson. but Ive already install meson.
