Input change event is not working properly. #132

Being direct to the point, I have this event listener:

const handleHourStart = () => {
  let hourStart = document.getElementById('order_hour_start'); 
  hourStart.addEventListener('change', () => {
    alert('Changed');
  })
}

But the alert doesn't pop-up. It works properly with click event.
