when I use the default sample, after click con watch to select time the div appear only one second and disappear. Then I can't select the hour and minute

I've having the same issue.
It has started to happen after upgraded my bootstrap version from 3.3.7 to 4.1.3.

I change to use 2 input, one for date and other for time. Can't solve
