Uploaded files end up in wrong place #13

I just fololwed this:
http://railsonedge.blogspot.com/2009/01/flash-video-tutorial-with-rails-ffmpeg.html
tutorial.
After I submit a new video it ends up in the root file system /tmp folder. Name RackMultipart8588-0.
The file never ends up in the rails application nor does the meta-data end up in the database.
