Issue:
When requesting an invite on the website it throws a general error

Expected:
I get an invite sent to my email.

We are looking into a replacement vendor about this issue. Hopefully it can be handled soon, but, we move slowly about stuff like this to not leak PII when possible.

Sorry for the delay here folks. I'm going to take a look now and will update this thread.

My initial hypothesis is that the background job queue is not being processed for some reason.

Based on the timing, it may have something to do with Heroku. They dropped the free tier on November 28th 2022.

Still down. I used to be a member, unsure why I got dropped, but have never been able to rejoin since with the same errors above, every time. No subscribe email, no access shows via slack for my email. For over two years.
