TimescaleDB 2.x+ compatibility

Hello.

Current stable version (13) of PostgreSQL is not supported by pre-2 TimescaleDB v1.7.
There were some major changes between Timescale 1.x and 2.x https://docs.timescale.com/timescaledb/latest/overview/release-notes/changes-in-timescaledb-2/

I don't really know what is under the hood of libhdbpp-timescale. Can you please check changelog and clarify if I must stay on PSQL 12 and TDB 1.7 or can use new versions without problems?

Hi,

We currently have a database running timescaledb 2 on postgresql 13, but without archivers. So the schemas(at least the general one, aggregates and reordering syntax need to be adapted) works, data extraction works, I won't say for sure about data insertion.
On the top of my head, I would say it works. If you want more, we are planning to switch to postgresql 13 and timescaledb 2 around september, then I will be able to give you a definite answer.

Thanks for answer. We plan to use TimescaleDB-based HDBPP in production in November, so we'll wait for a new version. Please keep me informed.
