阿里云的集群代理模式和集群直连模式可以使用多 db，但是 info 为 cluster_enabled:1，导致 shake scan 模式下只能同步 db0 的数据。
兼容修改：优先使用 dbs 配置项而不是 info 中的 cluster 信息。
