Synthea build is hanging...

What happened?

Synthea build is getting hung ...

I updated my master repo to the latest commit at master 76f2925 - 3.3.1-SNAPSHOT start
Synthea building via ".\gradlew.bat build check test" or just ".\gradlew.bat build" is getting hung.

Yesterday, I kicked off the build process and stepped away. Didn't realized it was hung for many hours
Same happened today, tried couple times and restarted. Is this a repeat of the #1043 ?

- OS:  Windows 11 amd64
- Java: openjdk version "19.0.1" 2022-10-18
OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin-19.0.1+10 (build 19.0.1+10)

Same is the case when tried build for 995cf2f - 3.3.0 release

Certainly, just the java build with no test finishes successfully
./gradlew clean compileJava --stacktrace
