When bumping the SDK I mistakenly switched from buildNative to build, no idea why/how. Fixes f0762ba
The existing one has a deprecation notice, pointing at this as it's successor.
Instead of checking out the default branch. Otherwise it's impossible to test local changes.

I hope this new GHA will trigger when I push/PR from a branch in this repo. I'll merge if it works and then in a second step add build and release workflows.
