Feature Request

I would like to be able to not only Start, but also Pause, Continue and Stop a running ForecastSeries schedule.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Pause, continue and stop is implemented for already started Forecastseries.
  • Pause stops it from executing new Forecasts while continue catches up missed forecasts if possible and executes the schedule as normal in the future.
