Manual relocation cannot is not stored as "preferred" (and cannot from the GUI)

the automatic origin is stored as child element of event, and referred to (by preferredoriginid) by the event
(as expected).
On manual relocation, the new manual origin is stored as child element of event as well (correctly), but it is not referred to by event.preferredoriginid.
(if the GUI does not have the possibility to manually set the preferred origin, the best assumption would probably be that the latest manual relocation is used as preferred one...)
