Checking Which Lesson You're Working On

When creating new lessons and editing lessons it's easy to lose track of which lesson swirlify thinks you're working on. Much of swirlify's functionality when it comes to adding questions, packing a course, or testing a course depends on properly setting the swirlify lesson you're working with. You can check which lesson you're working on with get_current_lesson().
