OpenAI integration

Probably long term idea but would be nice to integrate openai to have the ability to translate, generate images and generate text based on specific prompts

Adding their client as a dependency will probably amek everything easier and it will require roughly 16.2kB to the package (https://bundlephobia.com/package/[email protected])
