Select the one dataset that serves as the touchstone of state-level social mobility and welfare data.

Thinking about how local groups could use it to deploy instances of mRelief, I wonder how we could describe state eligibility rules for food and housing assistance as a dataset. I'm going to look to see if there's an administrator who centralizes them.
