The Loot card actually represents 15 cards, with two copies of each. In the version I pushed, the count is "30". It probably would make more sense for the count to be 15x2, much like Events - All is 69x1. In the same way, Ruins should probably be 10x5. Shelters 6x3?

This isn't greatly important, but would be nice.
