Extra page size option: Exactly one divider

Some print services kan cut custom size paper, but they need a PDF where each page is exactly one divider.

Not a proper fix, but for everyone else who finds this issue via search:

You can achieve this roughly by choosing very large gaps between dividers (e.g. 100). For me this results in single dividers centred on the page.

Note: The hosted version doesn't seem to cope well with doing this for all expansions at once, so you might export them in batches or use the cli tool.

@nickv2002 Yes, this works. If I crop the PDF afterwards I end up with a suitable file.
