The name no longer has the format:

  <service-name>-<service-namespace>-<cluster-id>

Also specify the "multicluster.kubernetes.io/service-name" label with
the "kubectl get" so it only retrieves EndpointSlices created by
Lighthouse.

Fixes #1001
