I'm Ahmed Adel, a senior-1 Computer Engineering student at ASU Egypt. I'm extremely excited to participate in GSoC 2024 with your organization, particularly in Project 4: "Python wrapper extension and documentation of user-defined boundary conditions."
I bring strong proficiency in both C++ and Python programming languages to the table. Although my background may not directly align with computational fluid dynamics, I am eager to learn and contribute effectively to the project. I am committed to collaborating with the SU2 community, delivering high-quality code enhancements, and providing comprehensive documentation and user-friendly tutorials.
Regarding my work schedule, I am currently a student, so I can dedicate 15-20 hours per week to the project until May. After my exams end in June, I'll have more time and can commit to 7-8 hours per day.
Could you please advise me on:
Any specific tasks or requirements you have for potential participants?
How I can best demonstrate my suitability for this project?
Any additional information or resources you recommend reviewing before getting started?
Looking forward to your guidance and the opportunity to contribute to the SU2 project.
