Add unique name validation to arrays in Console CRD types #1209

Ideas:

Use fabric8 @ValidationRule annotations once issue feat(crd-generator): Add support for more validation constraints fabric8io/kubernetes-client#6447 is resolved.
Determine whether x-kubernetes-list-type and x-kubernetes-map-keys can accomplish a unique name per array entry. This will probably require some CRD post-processing as fabric8 annotations do not support these extensions currently.
